Free File Sharing with QR Code, Password & Expiry - No Signup
Share any file with a clean link or a downloadable QR code — the recipient clicks or scans and downloads instantly, no account needed. Upload up to 100MB per file, then protect it with a password, cap the number of downloads, and set an automatic expiry. Built by Creative Divine Concepts for designers, print shops and businesses that deliver work to clients every day.
Features
QR Code Included
Every share link comes with a downloadable, print-ready QR PNG. Print it on invoices, posters, packaging or business cards — scanning it starts the download.
Real Cloud Delivery
Files are uploaded to secure cloud storage in 4MB chunks, so the recipient gets the actual file — on any device, even when you are offline.
Custom Link Names
Claim a readable link like /s/acme-quote instead of a random string. Links that look trustworthy get more clicks from clients.
Password Protection
Require a password before the file can be downloaded. Only people you told the password to can access it.
Download Limits & Expiry
Set a maximum number of downloads (1–500) and an expiry from 1 hour to 30 days. The link automatically stops working at either limit.
Instant Preview
Recipients see images and documents with an inline preview before downloading — a smoother client experience than a bare link.
How to Use
- 1Drag your file into the upload area (up to 100MB per file)
- 2Optionally set a password, download limit, expiry and a custom link name
- 3Watch the upload progress — the share link goes live the moment it finishes
- 4Copy the link or tap QR Code to download the QR PNG
- 5Send the link via WhatsApp, email, or print the QR anywhere
- 6The recipient scans or clicks and downloads — no signup, no app
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I share a file with a QR code?
Upload your file, tap the QR Code button, and download the ready-made QR PNG. The QR encodes your share link — anyone who scans it with a phone camera goes straight to the download page.
Is this file sharing tool free?
Yes, completely free with no signup. You can set passwords, download limits and expiry at no cost. It is built by Creative Divine Concepts as a free tool for the Kenyan design and business community.
What is the maximum file size?
100MB per file — enough for print-ready artwork, DTF gang sheets, design portfolios, zipped assets and large documents. Files are uploaded in 4MB chunks, which keeps uploads reliable even on slower Kenyan internet connections.
Can the recipient see the file without installing anything?
Yes. The link opens a clean download page in any browser. Images and PDFs can be previewed instantly, and the download starts with one tap.
How long do files stay available?
You choose: from 1 hour up to 30 days. You can also cap total downloads. After either limit the link stops working and the file is no longer served.
Is it secure?
Shares are protected by password checks, signed access tokens and server-enforced expiry and download limits. Download counters are tracked server-side, so limits cannot be bypassed by refreshing.
